Hebei Province JingCounty Jinli Casting Co., Ltd. is a small and medium company combining casting, machining and surface treatment, mainly producing different brands of ductile iron and gray iron. Our design capacity is 20,000T each year.

Covering an area of 8,0000 square meters, the company has construction area of 4,5000 square meters, fixed asset of ¥ 90 million，over 300 staff including 38 managerial personnel and technician. At the same time, we keep a long-term technical cooperative relationship with Hebei University of Technology.

Our casting equipment: one Japan Sinto FBOⅢproduction line, one FDNX production line, one Z148 molding machine circular production line (moulding flask 1040mm×600mm)，one iron mould coated sand production line, over 10 sets of Z145 molding machine, 6 sets of medium frequency furnace within 1.5T, 2 sets of medium frequency furnace within 2T，3 sets of sand treatment systems, more than 20 sets of core shooter, 12 sets of cleaning equipment, one spraying line and more than 60 sets of NC lathe, milling machine, drilling machine, machining center, CNC, etc.

Our complete testing equipment: OBLF GS-1000 direct reading spectrometer, metallography microscope, hardness tester, tensile testing machine，fast analyzer sand lab before furnace universal testing machine, molding sand laboratory, trilinear coordinates measuring instrument, CMM, etc.

Our main products include parts for auto, railway and farm machine, firefighting pipeline, which are exported far to Korea, Japan, USA, Germany, Israel, etc. and have received favorable review from our clients.
